About Us

Music Workshop is a non-profit based in Portland, Oregon that creates high-quality, culturally responsive music education and provides free access to our materials to K-8 teachers in Oregon and worldwide. Our mission is to educate, inspire and motivate K-8 students through relevant and culturally responsive music education. Our program delivers high-quality music education resources to schools everywhere regardless of means, location or teacher expertise. Music Workshop is currently educating more than 4.2 million students in all 50 states and 94 countries.
